Founded in June of 2022 by photographer and writer Kristin Lockhart, Culture Flux is a Dallas-based online publication for alternative music and independent film.

To create a more positive approach than the often snarky or pretentious tone that can exist within reviews from media outlets, there are no rating systems when discussing new music and movies. We prefer to simply share only what we find interesting and worth your time to experience.
