Inspired by the bluesy, psychedelic rock of the ’70s, Chicago-based trio Daisychain light up the room with pure rock ‘n roll energy from the first song to the last.

At Rubber Gloves Rehearsal Studios in Denton, Texas supporting local indie pop/rock act Pique, on a rainy Monday evening, the three-piece gave a taste of what’s to come ahead of the band’s debut studio album All in a Name, which drops on June 27.

“Waste Your Time,” the first single from All in a Name, was a particular highlight. Daisychain’s knack for catchy melodies, blues-filled groove, and soulful delivery were on full display.
